Cannot Redeem Cinder Kitty?

Anyone else having this issue? When I put in the code is say the code is already in use. I logged out of the entire game and back in and nope it's not in my spellbook? Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

I just got mine....sometimes it takes a bit for the servers to link the account and your purchase...sit tight.
If it doesn't show in 24 hours contact customer support. It may even say somewhere how long it takes. I remeber going through this with my last purchase. I bought two things, one binded right away and the other took one day.
Get your Cinder Kitty and show your support.

It will be in your mail box. Won't show up in your journal until you have learned it.
I got mine with no issues. She's adorable!
