Where is the Taming the World Achievement?

Is this supposed to display in my Achievement pane? I don't see it under any of the sub levels of Pet Battles. Was it removed? I'm currently stuck on defeating Obalis. Is that why I don't have it yet?

Taming the World can be found in the main "Pet Battles" achievement tab, and not in the sub-categories.
