Stoning Pets (not the bad way)

I know there is a definitive guide somewhere, sadly though my forum manipulation skills leave a lot to be desired.
Is there a list or guide somewhere that relates to the following:

You should use a stone on the following pets because:
This Pet
That Pet
The other Pet

because these pets ONLY come in the less than rare quality

or

while this pet has a SMALL chance of coming in rare quality.. you are never going to get one unless you are super super lucky or have years to spend endlessly farming.

Thanks!

Honestly pet stones are pretty easy to get these days, the universal one sells for 15 of the tokens from the Menagerie. Super easy to get that many a day, and close to enough for a second. I stoned many of the WoD wild pets, gave me the freedom to select the breed I wanted rather than taking what ever I got. Saved me tons of time to do other things, like leveling, factions and working on my garrison.

Your call, but so far I don't really see a reason to store the menagerie tokens so I am burning them up as I get them. Even still I have about 70 now that I currently don't have a specific plan for.

Thanks for the link Kel..

Morlis, good point. I guess I will be a bit more free with my stones, but still the information is nice to know! :-)

I'd like to know if it's possible to stone pets the bad way. (?)
