Can visitors to a garrison with a rank 3 barn loot the Pygmy cow? I know you are able to make use of some services from a friendly Garrison. Like purchasing enchant illusions at a friend's garrison, even if you dont have an enchant shoppe yourself.

need o give i a shot....

working my way to barn lvl 3 ... so cannot test for now.
But i think the loot is only once .... it is either you or your friend will have the pet...

Right now you cannot get the inn quests from someone else's inn. So I think that means you cannot get the cow from someone else's barn. But that is just a guess.
I hope that isn't true or gets changed but only time will tell

Mind you the pygmy cow is merely something you loot inside the garrison barn, its not a quest. Its found on the roof.

Not on the roof...
inside on the level 2 floor.
