Just got one of these guys, rare item & rare quality pet btw. I thought we should have a thread to record the breed(s) incase I need to farm up a better one:p

How did you aquire it?

its from Pilgrims Bounty reward from the Pilgrim Bounty dailies.

40 bags opened so far today, only 1 chicken, 1 hat & 1 toy.

I hate this pet >_< I have oppened over 50 bags so far, I've seen every rare item they can contain except for the pet of course.

Pretty sure they only come in BreedID 20 (Female P/B). At least, that's what my tool tip said, and is also the only one listed on petsear.ch.

Yep, mine is P/B too, and petbreedid says that is the only possible breed.

Got mine on the 4th bag opened, and I'm so glad about that. Was hoping it would show up early, as I really couldn't be bothered with doing the Pilgrim dailies on multiple characters.

Well, another Pilgrim's Feast event has come and gone and I still don't have either pet.
I hate this event.

Yeah, I'm not too fond of it either. This is another holiday that needs a revamp. It's old and stale. I have all the achievements and the turkey already, so the only thing I had to do was cook and /pray. Of course, the /pray did no good. I got the toy, several hats, but no pet. I didn't keep count, but I must have done at least 50 turn-ins across seven characters. This took up quite a bit of time every day just because of the required travel between cities.

I'm a little irked at Blizz for this type of pet drop. I don't mind low drop rate. I don't mind grinding. But it's much less stressful when I can do it on my own time and not have the deadline of the holiday staring me in the face. I much prefer the holiday events where grinding tokens (or whatever) is the route taken. It's tedious, for sure. But, it's guaranteed as long as you put in the grinding. With the random bag drop like the chicken, you have no control over it at all and only have a limited number of chances. I feel sorry for someone that doesn't have an army of alts like I have..

Now, I'll probably break down and spend too much gold to get the damn chicken off the AH. Then, just wait...next year, Blizz will change the drop rate to something ridiculous like the Sinister Squashling and the chicken will become as annoying as the Squashling.

Yea, being a holiday, we went out of state to, get this, see family! So my WoW time was rather limited. I never figured out how to get the Pilgrim's Peril achieve now that the tables are inside Silvermoon, so I just gave up there. And I never had enough time to grind all the dailies in an effort to get the pet to drop from the bags. I probably only did about 4 days worth, and no pet.

Oh well, maybe next year, right?

Frustrating the crap out of me because I'm currently only 29 pets away from that 600 mark. And this is two more pets that got away, not to mention that I still can't run Molten Core due to ilvl requirements. This game is getting more and more frustrating each passing day.

hi Kel, I completed the Pilgrims achieve this year as Alliance.
The only very ugly part is to find a Goblin Rogue! I had to raise one myself.
I am pretty sure that I did not have to go to Silvermoon.
Orgrimmar and Thunderbluff were easy.
I only died at Undercity, but if I have time to wait or stealth, it would be easy as well.

Yea, I had a ton of people tell me "It's easy, you just stealth in!" 'cause you know, them stealthy Paladins are all over the place.

I know Silvermoon was in my list to complete the achieve. Not sure how you didn't have to go there. But that would have been nice.
