No more auto-healing when pets level ?

Not sure if this is a glitch or a "feature", but since the patch pets don't always fully heal when they level up. This with all add-ons disabled. Strange thing is that it's erratic, sometimes there's no healing, sometimes a little bit, sometimes a full heal.
Hoping this wasn't intentional, it would sure slow down working pets up to 25.
