New Pandaren Spirit Tamer Quest unavailable....??

I am trying to figure out what's going on with my Tamer quest. I defeated Aki and got my Tamer title earlier this month, however when I try to get the quest from Gentle San in Shrine, there's nothing for me. This is very frustrating as I have attempted to look up what I'm doing wrong and it looks like I have met all the criteria. I opened a ticket and as usual Blizzard is taking their time responding. If anyone else is having this issue or has any tips to access these quests, I would appreciate your input.
