I downloaded Derangements Battle Pet Cooldowns but it just stacks all the abilities on top of each other which is on top of my pets

I don't know Pet Battle Master at all, but
a) there could be something in its Options that affects it?
b) even if you reinstall the addon, it could have settings saved on your PC in a .lua file in your SavedVariables, so that on reinstall it picks up the same settings. If you see a file PetBattleMaster.lua in your SavedVariables folder in WoW, try moving or renaming it before you reinstall.
