I'm not very fond on the new Legion aesthetics, but as long as it doesn't generate a bunch of mini players summoning mini demons, it's okay.
A mechanical DoT oh yes!
RNG can be annoying enough, but could a Chaos Beam deal pretty randomised damage? *shrugs*
