asking a bit much for the kite. It's only worth about 80k or so.

Simmias that is your personal view of what the kite is worth. Many servers are quite different on such things. I had no trouble getting 100k for one of them on my server a while ago and that was before the card game went away. Considering this pet does not show up on the BMAH and was not one of the pets that was hit in duping waves it is now the most expensive of the TCG pets. 100k-125k may be a little higher on some realms but still in reasonable range.
