HIDDEN secret items in prepatch

Alaina's Bonnet: cosmetic helm for all armor types.
- loot an item in Alliance broken shore scenario, finish scenario, do some stuff, get cosmetic helm
Griftah's Authentic Troll Shoes & 3 toys: cosmetic invisible shoes for all armor types, & 3 toys.
- right before queueing for Horde scenario, after doing the buffs & fake duel, npc "Ravika" is right by the quest turnin.
Demon Hunter: +agi/stam reusable buff item that scales to 110 and 28-slot bag:
- sadly i missed these, and i already leveled skinning & herb a bit... i still might delete and restart
any others you know of?
