Re: What's in your bags?
For my own peace of mind in some cases, logistics in others, I caged everything of which I had a spare. Some I may relearn and level, some I may sell, some I may give away. But right now, I have: Tiny Snowman x 4 Worg Pup x 2 Ghostly Skull x 3 Fishy x 2 White Tickbird Hatchling x 2 Green Wing Macaw ...

Re: what's your favorite opponent?
When I'm running a team that has a Flayer Hatchling, nothing makes me happier than seeing a team with one or more dragons.

Re: Sunflowers and Crawdad
Whenever I see these types of teams, I always assume one of two things: either this person is going for the achieve for consecutive PvP wins, OR this person isn't very good at pet battles and is looking for easy wins via forfeit. I assume the latter because the only reason teams like this generally...

Re: Sunflowers and Crawdad
I just had to go 57 freaking rounds with one of these freaking teams because my Emperor Crab was almost evenly matched with his Magical Crawdad, and he kept swapping the sunflowers in and out so I couldn't quite kill them quickly enough.

Sunflowers and Crawdad
I'm sorry. I need to vent. I keep seeing someone run double Sunflower and Crawdad team, and it is just... annoying. I feel cheap when I lose to it, and I feel cheap when I forfeit rather than put up with the eternal healing antics, and I feel even cheaper when I'm forced to field a team solely to fi...

Re: What 2 store pets to buy?
My vote is the Pandaran Monk and Lil Rag. I honestly do not think there are that many very truly well built Dragonkin killers out there other than Bonkers and the Monk. Sure there are pets that have maybe one ability strong against Dragonkin. But across the board strong against Dragonkin the Monk a...

Re: If you were a trainer...
If I retired to be a pet trainer... my team would be druid themed.
Moonkin Hatchling
Blossoming Ancient (or Withers, or Teldrassil Sproutling)
And then a cat or bear... I'm not sure which would be more appropriate. (Winterspring Cub was one of my very first 25s..)

Re: Uh oh... Guess what day is it?
After what felt like an eternity of pet battles today, I managed to level up 61 pets... mainly a lot of the wild pets who were between 21 and 25, but also a lot of more exotic types. And... I'm a little exhausted and a little disheartened to realize that after all that, it didn't even represent a te...

Re: WTT for Sky Fry
Thanks for the replies. I was able to find a Sky Fry in exchange for the Ruby Droplet. And the Eye actually sold in the AH when I wasn't looking. But if anyone needs what's left on the list, I'm happy to trade for the sake of helping my fellow collectors.

WTT for Sky Fry
Hey all. I'm looking to acquire a Sky Fry and since I just can't find them on the AH on Kirin Tor or on the AH for a reasonable price anywhere where I have less wealthy toons, I thought I'd come here. (I know I could just grind the rep for it myself, but I'd rather save the faction grinding for when...

Re: Most shameful/embarassing thing you've done for a pet?
I ground a blood elf monk all the way to level 30 so I could get the Thundering Hatchling. I suffered through the DK starting area and some of Hellfire Penisula yet again for the Deathwatch Hatchling. I fought Jeremy Feasel 5-7 times a month for 2 years until the Darkmoon Eye dropped. I dragged toon...

Re: Druid Babies! Our Pets, Our Kids...
For the Claws form, I considered wither Big Bad Wolf, or Wolvar Pup, but those are both wolves, not cats.
As for Ikki and Kaliri Hatchling.... hmmm, more kids?

Druid Babies! Our Pets, Our Kids...
So for a while now, I've been trying to put together a complete list of pets to represent my many druid children... (It's a long story: the wife is a gnome mage, I'm a night elf druid, and so far, the kids all take after me because it's so hard to find a good gnome-like pet besides the winter helper...

Re: MC extended 1 week. Good Luck on your Hatesparks!
I went once for the hat and mount. I tried to go back in, had a horrible horrible experience, and vowed never again. I'd gotten lucky with a salvage crate and picked up a 665 piece which I sold for a fair amount. So I promptly ran to the auction house and bought a Hatespark for about 35k or so and c...

And chalk me up as another satisfied customer, so to speak.
They were so nice, I'm tempted to stick around... except that I could never level myself through Outlands, Northrend, Cata, etc again. Hellfire. So much hate.

Re: Who gets your first upgrade stone?
While fighting Kun-Lai Runts looking for a rare, I got a flawless humanoid battle stone. So I used the stone on my green Kun-Lai Runt, and haven't regretted it in the least. My lovely yeti looks awesome, hits like a mack truck, and can fill both beast and humanoid damage roles. Not only that, but wh...

Re: New items that will allow you to upgrade companions to a
Yes, exactly! It frustrates me that my winterspring frostsaber is only green, when it's been one of my top performers all along, and deserves to be higher quality. It's also nice to be able to upgrade green pets you might have dedicated yourself to leveling in lieu of trying to find a blue. I have a...

Re: Denied a shot at the Darkmoon Rabbit
Given how most of the bosses we face are OMG HUGE, it's nice to fight something tiny and terrifying.
