Re: How to get upgrade stones?
I've concluded that either the stones are a lie...or I'm cursed...or both. With some of the recent pets I have WAY too many poor pets in my list atm

Re: Harpy Youngling
For those that are hunting her, I've found that killing the other critters in the area make her spawn faster. I'm still looking for a rare, although I did find some poor quality ones. "Someone" I actually know on here for once ;) Was this on BE or elsewhere? Every time I've been over there on alts ...

Re: Safari Hat?
I use 2 accounts and managed to get 1 hat on each, 1 on the main (but not sole) pet hunting toon and 1 on a character that I'm not really sure has ever fought a battle. No other toon on any server has received a hat so it seems semi-random at best and a pain in the behind at worst for those still mi...

Re: Pet Battle bugs 5.1
Not sure if you'd call it a bug exactly but Taming the World doesn't appear to reward the safari hat as advertised.

Re: Spirit Pet Battle #1
Prairie Dog (Dirtnap) vs the elemental, opened with burrow since he's faster than the elemental and it dodges the cage then whittled him down with chomps until burrow was up again for the kill shot although Dirtnap was about dead too. Stunted Shardhorn (Clompy) on the slime which wasn't too hard and...

Re: Pet Battle bugs 5.1
With Kalimdor Safari, I've gone from needing just the Qiraji Guardling to needing it and a "Crested Owl" (despite already having 2).

It's not just pandaland either, having the same issue in outland where I'm now getting 400ish vs the old 2k.

Re: How many accumulated pets did you have initially?
After the initial merge I only had like 180 something uniques but around 1200 with duplicates since I'm a bit of an altaholic. I spent a good few hours auctioning pets on launch night and I still have 400-500 bouncing between alts' mails because I keep putting off the relisting ;) Having like 30 of ...

The flayer youngling can solo them all too and depending on your luck actually finish all 3 fights with near full health.Ryazan wrote:I've been using Emperor Crab on Nishi. Takes a bit to finish of elementals with Whirlpoorl and Surge but he can pretty much solo all three of her pets with ease.

It's been a while but I believe I beat him with an azure whelp, blighthawk and phoenix hatchling. The azure whelp works as a reasonable counter to his magic pet, my phoenix was spec'd into heal and aura (going for attrition rather than his conflag combo) and the blighthawk can avoid a nasty attack b...

Re: Theme-based teams!
My previous trio were Team Flightless since all 3 were pets that flew (blighthawk/phoenix/azure whelp) but none were actual "Flying" pets (undead/elemental/dragonkin)

Re: Is the move reflection broken?
Reflection is one of my favorite moves personally just for it's slightly broken mechanics. Have you noticed the way it can "store" a previously reflected move if the current situation is unreflectable? http://www.wowhead.com/npc=66734#comments:id=1754318 Re: Farmer Nishi (the tamer next to Halfhill ...

Re: Number of level 25's
As of yesterday my grand total of pets leveled to 25 is, drum roll, please: Three!!! =D And dang proud of it. hehe I'm not much better, my interest in pet stuff kind of comes in bursts of enthusiasm followed by periods of neglect. I'm currently doing the whole rep dailies thing on my 90s but I stil...

There are 4 pets I already own in my Journal that are not counting toward this achievement for me, the Red and Golden Dragonhawk Hatchling, the Crimson Moth, and the Cockatiel. Do I need to try to capture any of these to make it give me the achievement? Thanks in advance. Nope, you're goo...

Those are a bit goat-ish for my liking, I was meaning more like just a scaled down version of the regular yak like the shardhorns and clefthooves.TippyKitt wrote:But there is already a baby Yak. Summit Kid
