Server reset is the way to go with this pet. I camped the area during the week at different times and never saw one. Waited till a tues, server reset, logged on with a LOT of different players (I HATE CRZ!!!!). I got extremely lucky, saw two on the map, battle one to catch, got a gray, saw another and said "why not" and got a rare. I sincerely hope others get as lucky as I did :)
