Seriously lucky to get my Moon Moon on my first kill!!! I have been wanting a pet of this model wolf for years. It matches my favourite hunter pet too! I love Moon Moon!

I followed many of the tips here and finally got my rare. The key is to kill the Plainsland Cheetahs that spawn under the trees who don't have cubs with them. The new ones that spawn will most likely have cubs, and continue to have cubs at approx 5 min intervals. I marked the ones that did with world markers so I wouldn't kill them. It took me about an hour to get a rare, but there were PLENTY of uncommons.
