I fished from 350 to about 410 and finally caught it in the cave.  

I got it after 10 solo runs.. 7 reg and 3 heroic. I'm a pretty poorly equipped 85 mage, lol. I was afraid at first that I wouldn't be able to get through heroic solo but it was pretty easy and I only died when I wasn't paying attention.
