Albino Snake

Well, for those really into certain types of music "White Snake" is an awesome pet.

I may sound like an asp for saying this, and don't get your garters in a knot, but shouldn't this particular skin shed the black tongue in favor of a pink one? I'm not an expert on albino snakes, but judging from the pictures that I was able to find the current model doesn't seem to have a leg to stand on.

Sorry... I don't mean to inject venom into a comment, but a mistake like this just rattles me a bit.

Use a pet biscut on this little guy and you too can be a huge whitesnake fan.

Fourth snake. Same animation, just a different color scheme. With the latest innovations, can't we get a snake to curl up or perhaps move a little? Or, if it sees a rat, eat it? Now, there's an idea...

Has anyone else noticed that Albino snakes aren't white...they're yellow...in the real world at least? WoW doesn't know they're reptiles as well as I'd hoped. I'm not complaining, of course. He's lovely.

Yep, albino snakes are usually yellow or red, not white.

Leucistic snakes, however, are solid white. But have black eyes, and pink tongues. So this guy is sort of a mix of both even though its impossible ;)

As a owner of 2 pet snakes, this was a must have. It is really beautiful and looks more white in the game then it does in the picture there. More animations would be nice, but I can wait :] If you're having trouble getting your hands on the 50g required to buy him, just remember, loot everything and sell anything you don't need. Easiest way to make money until your professions are high.

btw it says that you need WOTLK to get the pet.You don't,as it is BoE,and if you have a friend that has WOTLK,he can buy both this snake nad the calico cat for you

I would love to see a lot more albino -anything- petwise in WoW. Especially since I'm from Houston, Texas where our zoo has an albino alligator. Would be great to have a little baby one as a pet! Maybe for killing the Stormwind Sewer Beast?

I'm pretty happy with the Albino Snake. Indeed it is the same as the other snakes, but what kind of other snake can you think of in a game like this? A huge Pyton? :D

Well if you want a cool snake and into music you should go with this one. I LUV IT! my friend gave me a whole lot of rare pets including this one.

Just had to get one and name it "Coverdale." He usually comes out when I'm doing ZG mount runs and I stop off at the snake boss for some easy rep.

I just wish that the snakes would coil up when idle. Perhaps Breanni's shop would consider a carrying a pet whistle that would play a tune and interact with your pets. Snakes get a snake charming Middle East sounding tune, kind of like the Bazzar music from the Dark Tower board game.

I bought one of these for everyone in my guild during Winter's Veil because of the color and, at the time, "new"ness of it.
Half the people didn't know about it and were delighted. The others knew but hadn't gotten around to getting one. A few already had it, but it's a quick profit on the auction house! Definitely worth it as a simple gift!
