Notes:
This companion is rewarded after doing several Argent Tournament quests whereby players become a champion for a specific allied race. Speak to the boy and he will display the banner of any races with whom you are an Argent Tournament champion. Additionally, if he is present when fighting a champion, he will sometimes cheer for you when you win or cry when you lose.

As of patch 3.2, this pet may now be equipped with an Argent Pony Bridle. With it, the pet allows you access to a mailbox, a bank, or a vendor every 4 hours.

Definatly worth getting, especially the upgraded version. comes in handy when farming many of the other pets out in the middle of nowhere.

I didn't like this little guy until I got the Pony Bridle and upgraded him. Now, I like feeding him pet biscuits and running around Dalaran on a mount with him following close behind!

As an engineer, this is just another toy in a very BIG bag of tricks. Right now I Have MOLL-E, Jeeves, and the Gruntling. Not to mention cheap repair bots. I can access the bank, Mail, and vendor almost anytime I want. And as a hunter, I can even swap pets every half hour. I never have to come to town if I don't want to!

Now, this apparently seems to be a "grunt" as you Orcs call your soldiers. However, the only orc child NPCs that work for the Argent Crusade are called "squires", like Squire Cavin.

...Intriguing.

As far as i know, with patch 3.2.2, his pony is now much bigger. I like his new pony, as his old one was too tiny for an orc!

I think it's a shame that he rides a pony at all. Considering he is an orc, it should be a wolf, don't ya think?

This is my most favorite companion, as me being an Orc its nice to have a young apprentice, who is eager to learn and calls me boss :P
Dont have the pony yet, i really admire how much stamina he got to be able to run around for hours while im mounted xD

Was worth the effort to upgrade him. Cos i'm one of those ppl who always leaves the quest item in the bank. He's saved my neck a coule of times.

Great pet, even more fun as a crusader with the pony upgrade but I've always thought this little guy should be riding on a worg and not a pony which I think few orcs would approve of.
Also after owning both the squire and the grunt, I thought I would like the squire better but there's something inspired about being a BE and having an orc child follow you around.

Quite possibly the most useful non-combat pet ever. Fetches you utilities, lets you vendor stuff, rides alongside you, shows your favorite faction, and useful for roleplaying. However, not quite as cute as some of the more bestial pets, and isn't that what matters in the end?

I love my new slave oops I mean squire. I am alliance so I cannot get him. But Is it possible to switch factions and get this one too while keeping the alliance one?

I have to agree that he is the most useful and hardest working pet I own.
