While this is a rare pet, it's not quite as rare as the original Collector's Edition pets.

When he was first introduced, he was much larger, about the size of a Gnome. In patch 3.0.8 he was shrunk to be a more reasonable size.

If you want to see what it's like, he was about the size he is with a Pet Biscuit now, naturally.

Definitely looking forward to taking this little zombie critter to meet his mama in 3.3. Frosty may not appreciate it though...

Frosty is another pet I regret I'll never own. I didn't feel bad about missing out on the Netherwing Whelp from Burning Crusade but my lack of Frosty brings a single chilly tear to my eye...

The spinning he does almost seems like a dance to me. For an undead whelpling, he seems quite cheery--as though being an undead frost wyrm doesn't mean you can't have a warm heart!

Frosty like all whelplings is win, the only thing I reproach him is not bearing the name of his flight like the other whelps, but then again it would be awkward if his name was Frost Whyrmling or Frosbrood Whelpling so I guess that's why he became Frosty.
