There are 4 breeds so make sure you bought the breed you want before leaving Dealer Rashaad.  I ended up buying 4 before i got the one i wanted.

For the attack that is buffed by Arcane Storm: the only unconditionally capturable pet that produces an Arcane Storm is the Nexus Whelpling, located on the big island Coldarra in northwest Borean Tundra. A few other pets can produce this effect, but are either the rewards from achievements or are very rare world drops.

Upon my 59th season, I had my rogue run through most of Outland in search of Dealer Rashaad. The mana wyrm, the blue dragonhawk, the red moth — I had to have them all! And let me tell you, it was quite a commute. But with a little stealth, I made it to Rashaad in less than an hour. The mana wyrmling was worth the trip. But was he worth 40 gold? The verdict is still out on that one…
