Pretty strong due to Immolate followed by Conflagrate. You can couple this with a Lil' Ragnaros for some high DPS, but with no healing.

Just to clarify from older posts:

 

Achievement is now a checklist.

 

It requires the Guild to have 55 Unique reputations spread amongst all members.

 

'Best Friends' do not count. I also think the 'Split' Pandaren faction does not count. (I can't find them in the list.) This may change later.

 

I pretty much got this for my Guild (which is almost dead). Got Aldor and Scryers on seperate characters, though another guildy got Wolvar and Ashen Verdict.

i still cant figure this pet out...im the GM of my guild, just hit exalted today. I am currently exalted with over 20 factions but when i view the united nations/ambassadors achivement it links, only four are listed....many of which im exalted wit that rnt showing an some of the ones that are i am not exalted with (gilneas for example) how the heck does this achivement work it doesnt appear to be counting my factions at all

Do multiple guild members have to get 55 reps to exalted or is it just a single member that needs to get it for the achievement?

Would it be considered advertising/soliciting to mention a guild/realm who has this and would welcome any pet collectors who would like to obtain it? I wanted to extend the invitation but it seems like it might violate the user guidelines.

Got this achievement for my guild today I personal have 55 exalted reps and hit rev with the guild. Cant wait till I get exalted with the guild in order to get the pet.

Got this guy today - very pleased!

I did note though, that this little one has a nice necklace - but his orange cousin does not. I guess this little guy has classier tastes. =)

The achievement that unlocks this pet is indeed bugged, even this site has noted it if you check the news often. Secondly I submitted a ticket for my guild being stuck on the achievement when we should have it, I was told they are "aware of the issue and working to resolve it" so it is NOT working as it was intended as people keep saying.

This does seem to be tracking whatever player has the most reps at exalted within guild. After reading about it on this site I started paying attention when fellow guildies or myself got exalted with a new faction. It only ticked up when I earned another one. I was able to get 55 last week and it unlocked it but I need exalted reputation with my guild to purchase it. Hopefully they alter the requirement for this pet like they suggest for the armadillo.

I can confirm that United Nations seems to only count the rep tally of one person. I'm at 54 exalted reps, but others in the guild (with guild rep of revered) have a few different exalted factions and these aren't counting. Two more runs of Molten Core should do it, but it's crazy that a guild achievement relies on one member (not a combined effort) - got it last night (woot).

I just got the achievement for the guild, unfortunatly you need to get exalted to be able to buy this pet, just like the armadillo (50k critter kills). On the bright side I've heard they will change the requirments to revered with the guild:).

Just a note on this one - United Nations only counts reps from ONE person. I had 53 exalted reps when I got honored with my guild; by the time another guildie hit honored I had gotten one more (so I had 54). She had one I didn't have, yet it didn't count. When I got another one up to exalted a day later, we got the achievement. I submitted a ticket and asked about it, and the response was "working as intended".

So, hope your guild has one faction oriented person. >_>

Anyone else think the mismatching achievement requirements for this is stupid? Revered to unlock it, but exalted to actually buy it? Really stupid.

I believe many people are having problems triggering this due to faction/race changes. It seems that if you have faction or race changed within the past 60 days, you will not be credited for achievements/reputation that are guild related. This caused us to lose a realm first as well. Our guildie who had some exalted reps that others did not have yesterday hit revered, and sure enough it did NOT count, he had race changed when cata went live.

Just got United Nations today, and you need exalted with your guild in order to purchase the pet. This will take some time to get it seems.

You must be revered with your guild in order for your exalted reputations to count toward the achievement. The pet itself does not appear to require any guild reputation.

I have about 50 Exalted reps on my 2 mains... but they don't count yet because we are not revered with the guild. I'm from a small guild and I think everyone is counting on me for this one :)

I can't wait he is a very awesome looking pet.

The tears of a regular phoenix are said to have amazing healing properties. So does that mean that a dark phoenix's tears will induce agonizing pain? I'd test the theory myself, but, well... it's pain. I don't enjoy pain. But I'm sure a big tough adventurer like you doesn't mind a little pain. So guess what? You're going to be my test subject. Hey! Where are you going?! Get back here! We have science to do!
