Lofty Libram

Was on Stormreaver today and found atleast 10 of them they all kept spawning after battling 5 i finally found a lvl 7 rare

Found a lvl 7 rare at the northern edge of the Dalaran Crater. Right on the purple line between the crater and the lake (28.6/32.4).  It took me about 10 minutes of searching the crater. I found 2 Librams in that time, 1 com., 1 rare.

I wish to god I had taken notice of the time.  I flew over the crater on the hopes of seeing a spawn and found 15 of them flying about. I think it was  just on sun up server time.  I've noticed this with a  few pets like the fluxfire feline. Most days you can't find one for love nor money then at a certain time they will spawn everywhere. I am going to start jotting down the times and places from now on.  Sorry to be so vague.

After reading the comments here I was thinking "Guess I should be happy with the poor quality one I have." I went to the Crater, saw someone else searching the area, happened to see one he hadn't tried, dropped in on it - a rare! SO lucky.

Can be found around Dalaran Crater on the West side of Hillsbrad Foothills. They seem to spawn on the "runes" around the bottom of the purple shell over the crater. The only exception to this is in the ruins south of the crater. Happy hunting.

To get this pet you need to battle every single other battle pet that's there. The battlepets are a place holder for Lofy Libram. So, you want to battle them, and mine spawned a day later! Good luck and happy hunting! =)

Ran into a blue one on the first try and caught it!!!!!

9:09 pm Server on Bleeding Hollow I managed to combat 2 common, 2 poor quality.  They were scattered around the rim of the area where the bubble touches the ground.

Went through and battled all the rats I saw and waited for respawns.  While waiting lfr queue came up so left for that and when I came back went back to going for the rats hoping for a secondary.  After clearing again and flying around saw one spawn inside of the crater on a ledge.  It was uncommon but am happy to get it.  This was around 6:45am and entire time was only 1 other going for them.

Just dropped massively lucky with this by the sounds of things. Flew about for 5 minutes as there were no pets at all showing then a rat appeared, battled that and a libram appears right next to it. Even better it was a rare :D 5 minutes job done.

I was grinding the rats for this unusal 'pet' for about five hours straight, then finally got bored and wandered off to capture some other rares I wanted to use in battles. After reading comments here I checked back later and picked the rare Lofty Libram at about 6:15am, and there was still a ton of books flying around when I left. So in short, maybe they swarm at dawn? I got a bunch of rares at this time, seems like a good time to go hunting... 

I spent two and a half hours doing nothing but battling to get this. It finally appeared next to the tower and to my delight it was a rare. I then went looking for other pets after I got it and I made my way back around to the crater and there were four more floating there. The time I got mine was between 5-6 am EST

I was getting fustrated because all I saw was rats.  I checked them all to see if Lofty was a secondary, but found a snowhoe on one of them.  So I went to go do Lawn of the Dead for a while, came back and still only rats.  Logged on here to see if I was missing something, then flew agound the circle again and found one on the north side behind the wall.  It was an uncommon.  I can't complain - will try for a rare in my spare time. Been looking for hours... finally found an uncommon and got it down to 13 health and my trap would never light up. I dont know if it was a glitch but was very dissapointed :( Will keep trying

if you are looking to farm a rare one then i would recoment you make a dk on one  of the new brazil servers that have only one other server in its crz bolth servers are only few weeks old so not many there i use Gallywix got mine rare after a day of loging in and out every few hours and clearing 7-15 at a time 

This one was super easy for me. There were two of these spawned at the north side of Dalaran Crater, just along the outside of the tower walls. First one was a grey, and the other was a rare!

I was extremely lucky with this pet! I flew around for about 40 minutes, only 1 spawned, but it was a rare! <3 Good luck hunting!!

Okay only found one and I got lucky it was rare but havent seen another

Been searching for a rare of this for about a week now on and off.

Got mine 3am server time was only 1 there. Poor but its a capture cant complain. Azuremyst server
