Darkmoon Eye

I occasionally remembered to do this quest daily during the feast each month. I think I managed to fight maybe a dozen times over the past few months with no luck on the Eye.. Except today! I almost fell out of my chair. Also saw another player who had also just received one yesterday. I feel so lucky. I am not selling this, I am a pet freak.

I had done this tamer occasionally on my mains server since xpac released, yet no luck with the eye so I didn't think much of it.  Tried today on my alt which is in the Warcraft Pets guild, and got it on my first try!  Good luck to anyone hoping for one!

Hard decision... keep or sell?

Done this one for ages (it seems) but no luck at all.

On my server (Outland) it cost a small fortune to buy so that is not an option.

Well got to try harder.

I've done this daily everyday that Darkmoon faire has been up for this expansion-no luck! I'll keep trying but it might be easier to farm the gold and buy one.

I just reported a bug for this daily quest; the beast pet, Feznick, often bugs out on me where if he dazes a pet and I "pass" to let the daze wear off, he goes into a killing frenzy and attacks multiple times in a row until I'm dead.

I tried to get around this with my Nexus Whelpling's Arcane Storm, which is supposed to make dazes and stuns impossible, and he dazed me anyway!

Sigh.  Maybe tomorrow...!!

I go to darkmoon everyday when its around but the pet master never lets me duel him. anyone know why oh what i have to go to enable him?

Okay Ive been doing trouble tickets with blizz and theres a bug that prevents some of us (ME!!) to fight this pet master. the end result is a long msg that pretty much says you're screwed and wont let you know if we fix it.

Super disappointed blizz...

havent gotten one yet out of bag but bought one off ah, Must say he is HUGE compared to the other eyes in game, I like it

No eye yet and 1 more day this month, but Im happy I finally got my last pandaren spirit today. This guy is easy with crimson hatchling (eye) in 3 shots, singing sunflower (tonk) (leave sunflower up against monkey to absorb stun), then clockwork gnome to finish the monkey.

I've been trying for two months now, never missing a day..still no eye. -sigh-

One more day left for this month. -crosses fingers- Good luck to anyone else still trying.

Just got mine today! Gonna keep at it and hopefully get another to AH. This guy is a pushover with Fel Flame, Nexus Whelpling (arcane storm to counter the monkey's stun), and Flayer Youngling (reflect)

Got mine today as well. So exciting.

Here is the team I used which can easily 2 pet his team.

Landro's Lil XT (Zap, Heartbroken, Tantrum)

Robo-Chick [S/S] (Batter, Over-Tune, Windup)

Kun-Lai Runt [P/S] (Thrash, Frost Shock, Deep Freeze)

Pro-tip. (lol) If you use Heartbroken as an opener against the Eye, then Tantrum, you can pretty much get his whole team so weak they are 1-2 shottable when he's done. :)

Got mine today! Done the pet daily each day since it was announced and FINALLY got it.   

For beating the team I used Lil Ragnaros, Lil XT and Celestial Dragon and can usually win the first time we fight...usually.

AHAHAHA! Forgot to mention, I asked in trade how much it was worth and had 5 people message me offering 100-300g claiming "it has poor stats. Look at the other pets with those stats! It's not worth much!".  Gave my friends and me a good laugh.

I got this pet yesterday. Woot!     Good Luck Everyone...

This quest is an ACCOUNT daily.

Logging into a toon on a different faction, or even a different realm will not let you repeat it.

One time per day, per account.

I have noticed that vs the tank the Azure Whelpling can be very effective with his Ice Tomb ability hes pretty lethal.

I actually got this pet in my 2nd bag i ever won and went to check it only has 2% chanse dropping. I feel extreamly lucky :D

Is this daily only once per account?

After I finished the daily on one character I couldn't see it to do it on any of my others

I wanted this guy as soon as I first fought him.  I only had one level 25 Ony whelping, a lvl 21 Sinister Squashling and a level 17 Clockwork Rocket Bot.    I got two wins out of about 30 attempts, while also leveling the squashling up to 24 and the CRB up to 21 just to make it more competitive.  Sadly, my 2nd win came on the last day of the faire.  I'm hoping that I'll get him to drop next month.  In the meantime, I'm leveling up my Arcane Eye as a poor substitute...

This pet CAN be caged and put on the AH..
