Before being able to farm for this companion, players must complete a quest chain. This chain is started at the entrance of the Eastern Plaguelands (from Western Plaguelands) and is given by the NPC Fiona. See our Community Guide: Mr. Grubbs for details.

I got lucky with this guy and found him at around my 7th bag! He's pretty hideous, but I will gladly add him to my companion family :]

For me, I was only able to have one "Hidden Stash" bag in my inventory at a time, so make sure to loot it as soon as you pick it up, otherwise you might spend a few minutes wondering why you haven't come across another one.

Back when I was farming it on my rogue, I was near the end of the quest chain when I found it (was doing quests in plaguewood)
Decided to go for the celestial dragon on my hunter too, and just happened to find it on my second bag(off one of the trolls spawning out of graves in Zul'Mashar), needless to say I was overjoyed.
Now I'm at 149/150 and working on my little flamefly.

Just got this little guy after about 15 minutes of farming. I've noticed a lot of people saying they just farmed Carrion grubs and such, but the absolute best spot to farm is in The Noxious Glade, which is directly east of Eastwall Tower. Just follow the path and the enemies with the highest drop rate of the stashes, lots of undead, are all over this place. There's never a shortage of them, just kill every enemy in that area and you'll have Mr. Grubbs in no time.

This pet was the only reason I decided to quest in EPL while levelling. I did the quests to get Fiona's Lucky Charm buff, and then carried on questing as normal. He dropped from the 1st bag I got in Corin's Crossing.

Got mine in about 25 baggies, didn't expect it to drop so soon! Well, I'm glad he did. It's really one funny companion to have! Found it on the Grubbs around Corin's Crossings.

The "Source" for the pet should be modified to say;

DROP: [Hidden Stash] (via various level 40-45 mobs found in Eastern Plaguelands) while having Fiona's Lucky Charm Buff

After you find Fiona, you have to do the two separate quest-lines she gives. Her caravan will then have the quest to give you "Fiona's Lucky Charm" buff, which allows the [Hidden Stash] to drop. Got him in 11 tries from an Infected Mossflayer.

I had to farm for this little guy for about two and a half hours I think. I was a bit frustrated and about to go off in search of another pet when, there he was! I was so excited! Good luck to everyone farming and don't give up! And I agree, Corin's Crossing is the best place to farm.

Ughh Im trying to farm for 3 pets over and over, the Fox Kit, Gundrak Hatchling and this one. Both have sucked up hours of my free time. I just want 1 and I'll be happy! lol. oh well back to grinding. Good luck to all.

Pretty much everything in EPL dropped the hidden sash, this includes the skullmage, the scarlet warder , the plague hound, etc. I followed the recommendations to kill the carion grubs and devourers southeast to corin's crossings , happy to see there are tons of yellow bananas there. Killed about 100 of them, 13 hidden sashes dropped, and Mr. Grubbs in the thirteenth bag! For those who do not like farming, I recommend doing EPL quests with the Fiona lucky charm buff on.

I don't know how rare this guy is but I got him in about 20 minutes after getting the buff. It took longer doing the quests (was being polite to those at the "appropriate" level and let them finish theirs first) than it did farming this cutie pie. Maybe I am hitting a lucky streak for once (about time >.<)

First stash drop off a Plaguehound dropped the little guy. After a long, fruitless night of farming for a deviate hatchling this was quite a relief :D

I spent about 3 hours farming, going between Zul'Mashar and the grubs south of the chapel. I just rounded up and killed the gravesite again, and the mobs dropped 3 Hidden Stashes. All 3 had a Mr. Grubbs inside. Go figure.

I just got mine a few minutes ago. After I got the charm, I farmed nearby for a while, maybe 45 minutes, killing grubs, hounds, gargoyles and bats...nothing. I did a bit of research and followed the prevailing advice to go to Zul'Mashar and farm the gravesite. They respawn quickly and as a warlock, I could run around, hit all the graves and cast Rain of Fire, killed everything pretty quickly. After getting there, I would say it took me about 20 minutes to get it to drop. Opened about 25 bags.

If there was a competition to determine the most nimble and athletic pet, Mr. Grubbs would definitely give all others a run for their money. He's an absolute bundle of energy for being such a small grub! My only worry is that one day he'll miscalculate the jump trajectory and wind up in my hair... yuck!
