Horde Guilds can unlock this pet by completing the Alliance Slayer guild achievement (get an honorable kill on a level 85+ of each Alliance class and race). An Alliance version is available to Alliance guilds.

The Guild Page acts as a portable guild vendor, allowing players to buy guild rewards from anywhere. This companion shares the same cooldown as the Guild Herald, however it is twice as long (8 hour cooldown).

Members must be honored with their guild to purchase this pet from a guild vendor.

I lost mine when I left my guild, maybe because I stayed without a guild for ages, but I had to repurchase him. I'm not sure when he disappeared, I know I had him for a while, but after MOP came out I rechecked and he was nowhere to be found :(

If you leave your guild you do get to keep this pet in your spells, and he still counts toward your total pet count. However, he can not be summoned until you reach the required rep level in a new guild. It may be obvious that you keep him since you bought him, but I was nervous about it when I left my guild. Seeing it typed out for sure would have helped my angst over guild switching!

Save this guy's CD for when you are farming dungeon rep that doesn't have an easily accessible vendor close by. Save me some trips and I could just keep running for rep, instead of having to leave the dungeon because my bags were full. Thats the only real useful thing about him since he doesn't let you repair and he only sells expensive guild rewards which you probably already bought. He and the Herald share a CD. He'll resummon if you log/relog back in later, using up his CD.

Its nice for farmers because you can sell stuff to him and when you get a full inventory from farming, though you would not be able to summon him quite so often

When summoned by a level 85 character he appears to be level 20.

This pet is not like the Gruntling. He can only be summoned for 5 mins every 8 hours. He cannot be resummoned after "running off" to the vendor. But you can sell things to him for the 5 minutes. So it's nice when farming to sell trash. :D

He does carry a really cool guild banner! Maybe blizz will fix it so we can have him out indefinately, but only use the vendor part for 5 minutes (/nudge nudge)!

What is the World of Warcraft coming to when orcs are being enslaved once more? How can Thrall — an orc whose very name means "slave" — allow for such atrocities? *ponders* It was probably Garrosh's doing. That guy'll enslave anyone.
