Let me tell you about the Curious Oracle Hatchling. It is proven to be superior in every way to the Curious Wolvar Hatchling. Studies have shown that owners of the Curious Oracle Hatchling live longer lives, attract better mates, make more money, and above all else have better hygiene than their wolvar-loving counterparts. Instruction for use: Bring out once a day, run in circles and watch it hop around, knowing that you have indeed found the key to love and happiness - the Oracle Hatchling.

I love the animation when Baby Oracle catches a fly. But Blizzard should make also a different one... When Curous Oracle Hatchling is near Curious Wolvar Pup they should fight. But not fight to death - rather some adorable puppy wrestling with some cute sounds included. I wish they will implement something like that someday!

I like this pet solely because I like the Gorlocs. They're my top favorite WoW race for a number of reasons, though their overall likability and personable attitudes are the main reason. Of course, this also means that my least favorite WoW race are the Wolvar, especially the blasphemous Frenzyheart Tribe. The Oracles just want to be left alone, you jerks! Stop attacking their patrols and destroying their altars!

Stupid puppy-men...

It seems you can do either the Oracle or the Wolvar.
I did the Wolvar quest last year and I can not pick up the quest for the Oracle.
Maybe Blizzard will change it but as it looks like now, only 1 is available.
I am revered with Oracles btw, so rep doesnt matter in this case.

My big mystery about him, is the question of how he came to be in my postbox. The post was send by him to me. Did he manage to sneak into the parcel? If so he is in for a surprise next year when his Wolvar nemesis should arrive in a similar box.

In the mean time he start taking lessons from the Squire on how to properly carry pennants. If he is good I might let him ride a pony.

And finally someone to take care of all those Aged Egg Yolks.

I'm pretty sure little Roo escaped the orphanage by mailing *himself* to me. That's ok, Oracles don't gnaw on you ankles constantly the way puppymen pups do.

the Northrend Childrens Week needs a 3rd pet, maybe a Tuskarr Child? with those Seaweed Warriors going around killing the Tuskarrs, there should be quite a large amount of orphans by now.

This is one of my favorite pets because of this one video. It's the story of an oracle orphan left abandoned on the doorstep of the Lich King himself. Both hysterically funny and poignant - truly well done. "Can I call you Uncle Lich?" "Kewl! I wanna be a Lich King too!" I call mine Carmen just like he did. Oh, and I call him Uncle Lich now too.

When I found out I could get an Oracle Hatchling I was thrilled! I was in a guild called Order of the Murloc at the time and while I couldn't have Lurky or Murky, I could have a murloc relative a Gorloc. The guild eventually disbanded but my Oracle Hatching remained and it reminds me of the Mrlgahalagahraga's we'd type as hello's and makes me smile.

This is such a cute little guy! All of the oracles speak like little children and it's so cute. So glad I got him from Children's week this year.

As of Children's Week 2011, the NR quests are working again, so if you picked the wolvar the first go round, now you'll be able to get this one.

Oracle Hatchling or Wolvar Pup? It's so difficult to decide. On the one hand, I can travel about the world being licked and pawed by a half-human puppy-boy. On the other hand, I can smell like fish. Considering I already smell like fish from all the angling that Old Man Barlo and Marcia Chase force me to do, I might as well get the Gorloc. He's kinda cute. Plus, he thinks he's people.
