Alliance Guilds can unlock this pet by completing the Horde Slayer guild achievement (get an honorable kill on a level 85+ of each Horde class and race). A Horde version is available to Horde guilds.
The Guild Page acts as a portable guild vendor, allowing players to buy guild rewards from anywhere. This companion shares the same cooldown as the Guild Herald, however it is twice as long (8 hour cooldown).
Members must be honored with their guild to purchase this pet from a guild vendor.

To be honest, I'm a bit embarrassed to walk around with the Guild Page. Often people make the mistake of thinking I'm *HIS* companion! At least he doesn't force me to wear a leash.
8 hour cooldown seems a bit long as he only lasts 5 minutes or so.
Wish we could still summon him without use of the vendor when its on CD :(
I would really like to have Guild Page near me more than once per 8 hours, cause he is really good dressed for an npc. I think role players will love this companion.
@ Lugia. Contact a GM. I had the same problem and they were able to fix it. Oddly enough ALL my guild heralds/pages (Alliance and Horde) disappeared when I transfered a Horde toon O.o
I had both the herald and page but I have recently changed realm and guild and theses have disapered:@ is this the norm or should I contact gm?

Thank you I did and both were restored the gm advised it is an ongoing issue and they are striving to fix it.
Is it just me, or are those guys (both page and herald) character bound, not account bound? Can anyone else verify?
I was able to upgrade this from uncommon to rare with a humanoid battle-stone =)
I hate the cooldown. I also don't get why there's HAS to be a cooldown for pet. My little orb thingy that I got from a dungeon (that turns me into a bloodelf) should be the one for an 8hr cooldown. I can wait can on it. Now I think I wasted my $$$ on it but I guess it's worth it just so it counts towards my collection number.
