Bat

Still looking for a rare.  Have found many in Hyjal around Nordrassil and in the Barrow Dens as secondaries but no rares.  Never found them as primaries.

You may find it like 2d pet in twilight areas Hijal summit. Works at any time of day. Like result - you may find rare bat already 24 lvl before cap.

Just a hint....bats are nocturnal ;)

Like others have said, they are int he far n/w corner co-ords of the area are 14.2,61.1 I found 2 in this area but Im sure there is more

Found the lvl 2 before reading your comment. I'd pretty much given up on finding another of these rare beasts - much less a Rare one - explaining why I hadn't read your comment. FWIW: yes, !YES!, it was an actual Rare!

There's a level-2 bat in the Undercity courtyard, in the middle of the Pilgrim stuff.  Maybe associated with it?

Yes these can be found in Mount Hyjal, levels ranging from 22 to 23. They only seem to be found as secondary pets in battles, but are not that rare to get.

They are indeed available in Hyjal.  I have a level 20 one tamed, albeit poor quality. :(

I just found one in Mount Hyjal near Nordrassil as an add on, but I accidentally one - shot him T_T

Pretty decent pet. Heal on a short cooldown, and able to have 3 different offensive schools in its moveset (UD, beast and flying) make it pretty versatile. Has a high natural speed and Screech, meaning it should usually be going first.

As others have said, bats in Tirisfal Glades are only in the little forest by the lake in the far NW corner of the zone. You have to fly to get there. It's worth it, though.

I adore my bat - it's my go-to flying pet. Takes less damage from beasts, hits like a truck against critters and aquatics; if you've done much wild pet collecting you know how great a combo that is. Mine has been an anchor member of my team for 18 pet levels and counting. 

I had an extremely hard time finding this guy ....I looked all over Undercity and Tristful Glades didn't find him, finally found him fluttering around Eastwall Tower in Eastern Plauguelands.

I also found them in Whispering Forest. (mountains by the large lake to the west)

Thanks for the comments on where to find the bats, I've been looking all over Tirisal for them and once i flew up to the far NW found them just where you said.

I didn't find any that I didn't have to fly to get to, so if you're hunting at a low level, come back here later on, or with an alt! :) Bats aplenty in the Whispering Wood.

confirmed its by the big lake in the west , theyre will be a ton of rats but in there u will see bats just gotta have a sharp eye ; ) 

Thank you for this!  They are nowhere to be seen in Tirisfal Glade until I went to the western mountains.  I found mine at Coords (14, 60).

I don't know if anyone else had trouble finding one of these, but if you are, go to the mountain area in the west, where the faerie ring is. There's a bunch of them up there :) I looked all over Tirisfal with no luck, this is the only place I saw one!
