Tiny Bog Beast

I hate to post this...was flying through, didn't recognize the creature, landed, battled, and happen to be a rare on the first fight. This never happens to me....12:30pm on hellscream.

For about a week I could not find any at all I would fly over sit and wait forever and see nothing... will this morning I woke up at 5am for no darn reason I desided to login and forgot where i was for a moment and BAM i saw tones of them on the mini map... battled about 10 of them got a rare uncommon and common. so I am guessing hit it early and you might have a better shot if you are having troubles like I did.

My server, is dead for these. been trying to spawn it by killing critters and fighting battle pets. Finaly got one to spawn and killed it with a multi attack power. Be Careful what powers you choice to use. Crits are not your friend lol

I always find alot of these, 10-15, in the early mornings, between 6-8 am. But once I clear them out, they don't seem to respawn for a while and rest of the day I usually never see more than 1-2 at a time. I have never seen any connections between the respawn rate and the weather, even when it's raining I haven't experienced that there are more of them than when it's not. 

Here's another one I caught right after reading this site! You guys give great tips. Mine was by the heart shaped lake north of Greenwarden's Grove. I only saw one there, however. He was accompanied by a chicken. Keep up the good work, and good luck to you guys!!

Finally found mine after a few days of doing checks for them. I killed most of the pets in the area and then passed back around and found one to the North West of GreenWardens Grove. They were around the Mouldering Mirebeasts that they look like. <3 And lucky me he was rare.

Currently camping this one....does it come in on the fight as a 2nd?

Luck was with me this afternoon! Finally got my Tiny Bog Beast at 1:54pm EST! I was planning on spending a few minutes killing stuff to see if one would spawn, but when I got there I saw a Tiny Bog Beast already there, so I battled it. Unfortunately it's only a Poor quality, but at least I have it checked off now. :)

The coords where I found mine were around 51, 30. That general area. Good luck!

collected my rare tonight 20:45 after months of trying & well worth the wait :)

showed up to collect it about 8pm est started killing the Mouldering Mirebeast all around the area after about 30 mins it appeared to force a spawn

Found one at (50:32) at 2248 on Anvilmar server, between the heart-shaped lake and the northwest road.

Same story - heart-shaped lake, just one there, uncommon. First time looking, so yay!

6:30pm CST on Aegwynn, I found ONE poor quality around the heart-shaped lake. :\ I hope others are having better luck than I am!

920 pm Bleeding Hollow caught 1 uncommon, was the only one in the whole area for 30 min.

found 2 yesterday during a flyover late in the afternoon eastern time..maybe 4 or 5. Came back an hour later as neither was a rare and nothing..same another hour later. I get up in the am and log on around 8 my time and there were over 10 saw 5 uncommons rest were poor common..no rares. Came back every hour or so and saw 2 and each was a solo find each time. So i think early mornign is the time to try. Really do not wanna waste a stone on one unless i have to.

I came to the heart shaped lake at about 4:20 am Zangarmarsh server time, and found two, both poor quality. I then decided to do the quests nearby as I waited, about an hour later, as I hadn't done these when I was low enough level. The last of it was to go up to Dun Algaz to the NW of the lake along the road north. I found an uncommon Bogie on the way up, on the grass with Mouldering Mirebeasts, not raining.

Update: After I posted this, I found a rare :) 

Just found a rare on the second try on Hellscream.  8:11 PM server time.  When I flew over on the flight path I saw 2, but landed and saw none - there was evidence of someone else in the area (dead mobs) but I didn't see the other player.  I just flew around for a while and faught some mice until the tiny bog beast spawned, and it was a common.  The second one I found was a rare.  I was so excited - that never happens to me - I usually spend hours grinding for rares.

Caught my rare in The Green Belt (the marsh area), just north west of Green Warden's Grove, first was oor quality and second was my rare.

Flew into the area and wandered around the heart shaped lake about 6 30 pm server and found 1 poor.  nabbed him anyways and I'll return for a rare after finishiung collecting.
