This pet is available for digital download exclusively from the Blizzard Store. It may be purchased using any major credit card. Players who purchase this pet will receive a code which may be redeemed on a single WoW account. Thus, players who have more than one WoW account bound to their Battle.net accounts must choose which account will receive this pet. Codes may also be purchased as gifts for other players. The pet is retrieved via an in-game mail.

I'm afraid to even try and level this guy. I'm afraid if he died, the noise would break my heart.
This may not be the toughest battle pet out there, it's still one of my favorites. The amount of work put into creating this pet is obvious and the fact that it's a reward for donating to Hurricane Sandy relief doesn't hurt either. This pet can still hold it's own against most other pets and will remain in my lineup for a while yet.
This kitten makes the more heart wrenching sound when it's killed in a pet battle. :( I almost don't want to use it so I never have to hear that again.

The Blizzard designers really put some work into this companion. The animations and detail in it's appearance are well done, but it's the affectionate sounds and painful-to-endure battle cries that are top-notch. He's eating up my magical biscuits something awful.
Blizz should be proud of putting this much heart into a worthy cause.
Named mine Matches and can't wait to get him up to 25.
I live in NJ and we will probably find Jimmy Hoffa's body before that kitten is sold :-)
Just bought two of them, one for me and one for my girl. Thanks in advance to everyone for purchasing this kewl cat. The money collected will certainly help people here in NJ who are just trying to get their lives back this holiday season.
Love this pet. Now part of my team. The Scorched Earth and Immolate make for a nice dot combo to knock most pets down.
It may not be the strongest or the fastest but it's cute and purrs a lot so it’s a win in my books.
The battle info for this pet says 149 health at level one. I think it was recently upgraded; mine is showing 152.
Absolutely love this Cinder Kitten to bits and pieces. He's also fantastic for pet battling. I was more excited to see that this was a non-profite pet unlike the Panderan Monk pet, Thank you Blizzard.
He does a cute little roll, chases his tail, and licks his paw. The Cinder Kitten is by far, in my opinion, one of the best and most animated non-combat pet they've designed in a long time.
Known glitch from December 2012 to now where the pet greys out and is unusable. The GM I contacted said remaking it, resubitting it, re buying it have all shown to have failed in fixing this bug. It is still being worked on. If it has happened to you, ask to be added to the data they're collecting to find a fix quicker.
The stat calculator on the cinder kitten only shows one breed, but there must be more. At level 18 mine is 1036 health. that doesn't show up on the calculator at all!

I checked the Blizzard Store and it's still not released. Does anyone know when Blizzard will be putting it in the Blizzard Pet Store?
Really cute, and buying it went towards a good cause, but as a standalone fighter it's not too great. No heals, and pretty average attacks, he's best used in combination with pets that have abilites dealing more damage to burning targets.
Can you use this pet as a Cooking Fire like lil'ragnaros?
Got my gorgeous Cinder Kitten as a gift from a good and close friend, I love him, levelling him now so I can add him to my Sapphire Cub, Fluxfire Feline and Cinder kitten team!
