Woah hes a big boy, found gim at the base of Utgaurd keep in wyrmskull village several appeared on my minimap and the second i battled was my rare.

 

Soloable with celestial dragon lvl 25.

five or six near the Valgard Keep... got my rare on the 2nd battle... really have to click fast to avoid the birds killing the rats

This little guy showed up as a second to a turkey in Howling Fjord...the turkey was poor quality, but he was uncommon so I trapped him instead!

You have to click on them FAST! 3 times in a row, as I was running up to the rat, a Daggercap Hawk came down from the sky and killed it! Three times in a row! Gah!

They also spawn in Wyrmskull village just to the north of valgarde.  Got mine about 8:30pm.
