In Azshara I found both the Twilight Spider and the Twilight Beetle at Sable Ridge (70,15).

After quite a bit of working on getting other rare pets in Nordrassil, Mount Hyjal, I found this guy as a rare secondary pet to a Silky Moth.  :D

Just a tip if you're not seeing these or the Twilight Spiders at Sable Ridge: killing the non-battle critters can get them to respawn as battle pets, and they can show up as secondaries to the other battle pets in Sable Ridge.

I couldn't believe it.  First battle at Sable Ridge a level 6 rare was second to a roach, the next battle, a level 5 rare was second to a spider.  Sable Ridge is definitely a good place to go for these guys.

While running a figure 8 through Sable Ridge many, many, many times, I have an Uncommon Twilight Beetle and rare of everything else in the area. There just aren't enough of these there.

I was about to leave the sable ridge after several battles and no beetle, looking up where to go next and there was one finally appeared.
