This was a hard one to get as a rare. I finally found mine around Orsis (Uldum). It seems that it only shows up as a main pet, not an added pet. Good luck =)

Found these guys all over but an especially high concentraion by the Halls of Origination 72, 53 ish.

Found a bunch by the entrance from Tanaris. They were generally low quality, though. But if you are just looking to have one, there's a few to be had there.
