Found both rares for the Dung Beatle and the Creepy Crawly way in the back (westren) part of Northwatch Foothold.  They were right next to eachother. (Hellscreem at 12:30ish AM)

Was wandering around in durrotar. I found 1 (poor) and my pets were too high and had to kill it... After figuring I wouldn't find anothe one. 2/3rds down the main path i found another and guess what...RARE

Just tamed a lvl 23 Rare in Uldum. They are scattered throughout the zone.

Glad to see someone else got a rare. I was starting to wonder if there were rares for all of the battle pets. There seem to be a LOT of grey and white Dung Beetles. Now I won't give up! :)

A blue [Rare] version of this took me three hours to get, best place for them is Orgrimmar. If you don't see a lot, try killing a bunch of the Spiny Lizards that are around. 

 

Edit: The reason for killing the spiny lizards is they spawn in the place of the dung beetles, so if you thin them out more dung beetles should spawn.
