Lil Timmy is a rare spawn who circles through the Canal District of Stormwind roughly every 3-6 hours. This pet is only sold to alliance characters. Horde characters may purchase this pet through a neutral auction house and on occasion through their own auction house.

In over three years of treading through Stormwind, I've only run into Lil Timmy twice, and one of those times someone had beaten me to him. Now don't get me wrong… kittens are cute and all, but I'd like to buy what Lil Timmy used to sell: a Revenent! (If you get this reference, grats! You're a true Warcraft geek like me!)
Later I saved myself a bit trouble and bought it on the AH, but I'm still looking for whoever bought him. Maybe I'll go easy on him and just take part of his soul
And yet, I only managed to find Little Timmy once. When my DK was in Stormwind for the very first time. I think he threw a tomato at her :(
After learning about this kitty, I went to Lil Timmy's spawn point and found someone who'd been camping there for over an hour. We had a nice little chat, and as the cat can only be sold once, I left it to the camper and decided to come back later.
Later that day I came back at 7:45pm for a spot of camping. 9 minutes later, at 7:54, Lil Timmy spawned. I was able to get the kitty as I was the only one waiting, yay. Got lucky.  Hope you all get the same luck.After a couple of weeks of running around Stormwind, I finally ran into Lil Timmy before someone had already bought the White Kitten.
Wowhead has a pretty solid map of where Lil Timmy walks. He spawns on the NE side of the Cathedral district, near the Docks, and then follows the Wowhead map's path counter-clockwise. I personally started my patrol near his spawn point and followed his path clockwise, so I wasn't trying to "catch up" with him, but trying to collide with him on his route.
Once the rolling restarts began I waited about 15min (the estimated time it would take for the realms to come back on) and I constantly attempted to log on and once I did I ran to where Timmy usually walks by and there he was. Â Quick and easy. (Btw it would be a good idea to be in stormwind when they kick everyone off)Â
1.Spawns at the entrance to the stormwind harbor
2.Takes a turn and goes through the cathedral square
3.After leaving cathedral square crosses a bridge and goes around the edge of the dwarven distric
4.goes to the old town district and goes around the edge
5.then goes to the trade district, going around the edge again
6.Goes around the edge of the cathedral district
7.Comes back to the spawn point and despawns(harbor)
