I love this cat! I would like to see more skins on it [maybe a Tortoise Shell color and a couple of Calico variations?]. All my cats are beautiful and I am trying to collect all! I would also like to see more dog breeds and bird breeds. Keep up the good work, Developers! We love you!! :)

There are male calicos, the only problem is that they are sterile. These male calicos are usually XXY since the color gene is only carried on the X chromosome. Therefore they get two doses of X and thus, calico colors (orange gene on one X and black gene on the other X). :) My vet has a male calico named "Malico." lol.

I had a Calico cat IRL for several years and she was my baby. I was heartbroken when I had to find her a new home.

And then Breanni announced this upcoming pet. I knew I had to get one, because she's a twin to my kitty!

I have one on all my alts now. She doesn't do anything special or different from the other cats, but the simple fact that she exists and I have her makes my time in WoW feel more special!

Thank you, Breanni, and Blizzard! I rate this kitty as an A+++!

She's a little on the expensive side, but given that she is available from a vendor (YOU KNOW WHOOOOO!), I am curious why she is rated as "very rare." Is it because of her price tag?

It is awesome that they added a calico! I had a calico kitty named Patches who lived to be 20 (with three legs!) so they hold a special place in my heart.
Regarding above where someone commented that "only female calicos have orange"; it is interesting to note that there are in fact NO male calicos because one of several genes expressing coat color is located on the X chromosome, which, when a female cat is heterozygous for both orange and black alleles, expresses itself as tortoiseshell.

I'm so glad there's a Calico now! She's so adorable... And yes, she is a girl. Male Calicos don't have any orange on them. All the better for Stinker...

There's been a calico in the basement of Ravenholdt for a long, long time. I guess we know who Breanni's getting them from . . .

Some years back, I spent the night at the Stormwind Inn. My favoritest cat, Fuzz, took such a liking to the upstairs bedroom that I simply couldn't get her to leave. I tried spell after spell with no luck. Ultimately I decided to clone her, hoping I'd have better luck with the clone. But my cloning spell was a little... off. Needless to say, I now have about 600 cats that look nothing like the Fuzz, nor do they posses her charm or grace. They're none too bright either. So, um, buy one — 50g a pop.
