I recommend catching this guy in Nagrand as its the highest level zone where it is a primary pet. I also recommend catching an HP as the huge toad is the only other frog/toad with HP breed, but it also has a unique breed, which I thick is HH.
Frogs are available in Dustwallow Marsh as well - both as primaries and as secondary battle pets.
Joined in a battle with a Frog in Ashenvale, at Lake Mystral on the island in the middle.
