There are a total of four Tiny Carp that can be fished up in Pandaria:
The Tiny Blue Carp can be fished up from Jewel Danio Schools and Redbelly Mandarin Schools. Additionally, it can be caught by casting into the Fish of the Day in Townlong Steppes and the Vale of Eternal Blossoms.
Another way to obtain this pet is by fishing from inland open water in Townlong Steppes and the Vale of Eternal Blossoms.

Yay! Finally caught my first carp - a blue one - in a Crowded Redbelly Mandarin (fish of the day) pool near Niuzao Temple. Took well over 700 casts.
Now onwards for the other 3!
I fished this guy up out of open waters in the Vale. Max skill + max bonus fishing rod and fishing hat lure. I got lucky on this guy and got him rather quickly (20minutes) but no luck on any of the others yet. Just stay calm and listen to some good music while you wait for this drop. Good hunting to you!
Caught my Tiny Blue Carp yesterday in Vale of Eternal Blossom in the waters around Mogu'shan Palace. Default fishing pole, and max fishing of 600 - pretty basic stuff. Been trying at these pets since release, I would fish the Vale roughly 20-30 pool spawns daily while usually using a special fishing pole. Caught the Tiny Blue Carp in a Spawn of Jewel Danio.
Now to get the other 3!
While fishing for the Tiny Red Carp in Townlong Steppes at Fields of Niuzao lake that is west of Temple of Niuzao (35, 53) I caught this Tiny Blue Carp in the fishing of the day pool called Crowded Redbelly Mandarin.
So it is like killing two birds with one stone, fishing for the Red Carp and getting the Blue Carp..... still fishing at the same spot for the Red.
Caught after about 2 hours or about 400-500 casts with 750 fishing skill.
Tiny Blue Carp can be found in:
Pools of Jewel Danio and Redbelly Mandarin
And the waters of Vale of Eternal Blossoms. 825 fishing skill suggested here to lower junk catchesYour max fishing skill is watever you can make it with rods, hats, lures and enchants. Higher skills = less junk = better odds
Check with Ben of the Booming Voice for fish of the day pools

Following the townlong fishing for the blue carp; I got the red one just now 545pm Fri.. Open water fishing...
Just to add in a little info:
I just fished this up on my level 86 Death Knight, in the Vale, not in a pool.
She only has 396 fishing skill. Not using any lures or other bonuses.
Good news for those like me who like leveling their fishing on alts - send the toon to a useful spot to do so!Question here..about those 4 new '' carp fish ''....must we absolutely fish them in a pool or is it possible to fish them in open water ? Is it the same answer for the 4 of them or is it different ? If it's in a pool, is it regular pools or we have to fish in the crowded ones ? Finally, there are new random fishing dailies in Pandoria, do we have to fish in the pools of these dailies or it's not necessary ?
Caught mine after about 800 casts from a crowded redbelly mandarin pool in townlong steppes. Was using my dragon fishing pole, weather-beaten fishing hat and my fishing charm. Came up as my third fish from a cast along with 2 redbelly. Was quite thrilled till I realized I still needed to catch the other three.
Best luck fishing fellow pet hunters.
Fished for a couple of hours for about 4 days before I finally got her. In the end it was from a Glimmering Jewel Danio school (on my first cast after switching from open water, hehe - maybe all those coins he dropped in the water were lucky after all).
I saw the pet descriptions and was like... "I'm a dedicated angler!" so here I am. White one next~
Caught mine on VoEB close MV istance on the jewel daino fish day after 335 fishs. I wasnt able to catch anything on the little lake on TS after 320 fishs.
I too, caught mine from the daily special pool of Crowded Redbelly near the pet master in Townlong Steppes..the Large Pool spawned so I thought "what the heck' An alliance rogue and I shared a rock in the center and fished side by side...made for some fun as we tried to bobber bop..lol! Fought the sea monster that scared the crap outta me too :)
Fished up after 7 hours and 10 minutes of fishing (over a week), getting about 150 fish an hour. Made lots of money in the process! ;) Summer Fields in Vale of Eternal Blossoms, [71,46] coordinates, using weather-beaten fishing hat and Kalu'ak pole, maxed skill, 710 with bonuses, in Jewel Danio pool. Fished up along with a Jewel Danio. Item name was white; I was expecting blue.
I was surprised I fished this up instead of the tiny red carp from the [crowded redbelly mandarin] pool in the fields of niuzao... I thought that zone was red carp teritory only.
The Pandaren Fishing Charm has nothing to do with these carp appearing as secondary to other fish, it happens regardless. I caught my carp as a secondary with no charm. So the two are unrelated. Saying this because there have been misleading comments about this supposed connection.
Caught mine at the southern lake closest to the Shrine of the Seven Stars. Open water, 200ish casts using Kalu'ak Fishing Pole, Weather-Beaten Fishing Hat and Pandaren Fishing Charm.
Caught mine today after approx. 300 casts in Glimmering Jewel Danio pools in the Vale. Here's to hoping that the rest of the carp are this agreeable for me...not counting on it! Happy fishing, everyone. :)
i got this last night in vale of the eternal blossoms after about 2/3 hours of farming well worth it for this little cutey!
Caught in Townlong from the crowded Redbelly pools. So the Crowded pools do drop them. Also Ancient Pandaren Fishing Charm helps, as I caught mine as a secondary (or tertiary actually) to a regular fish. Hope this helps. GL all!
I caught mine in the open waters of the Vale of Eternal Blossoms. I forgot to count how many casts though!
Got mine this morning in the big pool in the middle of the Vale. Not sure what was going on but there were about 50 Jewel Danio fishing holes so was just fishing them up, about 80-100 casts later, BLAM!!! Got my fishy!!!!
Caught one today out of the Crowded Redbelly Mandarin schools. Took 77 casts. He's really cute!
