It has been brought to our attention that some users are receiving a Battle.net error when attempting to update their WarcraftPets collections.
Our lead website developer, Weena, has looked into the issue. The cause of the error is a problem regarding Blizzard's API, so unfortunately there's nothing we can do to fix it on our end.
The error doesn't seem to be affecting all users, nonetheless we're sorry for the inconvenience it's caused to those that have had trouble updating.

Additionally, a description of a workaround can be found in this thread. If you have other characters on different servers that are level 10 or higher, you can temporarily use them in place of your main character.
We will be contacting Blizzard to inform them of this issue (if they aren't already aware of it) and hopefully it will be resolved in the near future.
