Argent Tourney Pets

So what's everyone's opinion of the Argent Tourney pets, are they worth it for battles? Or are they just for collector thrills?

The only one I really use in pet battles, is the [pet]Enchanted Broom[/pet]. It is one of the few pets with a dmg/switch out type move([ability]Sweep[/ability]), and has a very useful move that damages for quite a bit and removes objects from the field ([ability]Clean-Up[/ability]). Plus, with 325 speed, it's faster than most pets.

Huh, well that does sound nice. But my main is Alliance, so that'd be an AH item for me.

Thanks for the reply. I think I'll worry about them later.

They all start at uncommon quality, so need to be stoned before they are properly effective for battling. This may also affect your decision.

The only one I use regularly is Mechanopeep, in my Major Payne and DMF daily team. It's not really that powerful or special I suppose, but it was the first pet I leveled to 25 so it has earned its place in my stables.

Enchanted Brooms seem rather popular in PVP swap teams.

I know you said your alliance, so this will also be an AH suggestion, but Senjin Fetish is also really good. He has the best breed/stats for his moveset (same as the voodoo doll and fetish shaman). He's good both in PvP and PvE if used correctly.
