Ok so anyone have any suggestions on getting this pet? I am not doing well at this quest and really want the pet.

Thanks!

I found a fool proof way to win... Let my wife do it. Doesn't help you much though. Don't think she wants me renting her out.

Have you played Plants vs Zombies (PvZ)? Its the wow version of that.   Probably haven't, if you're asking, so I guess I should put it this way because PvZ (or in this case, PvG) is a time management tower defense type game, here are some tips:

-Pretty much, plant an attack plant with you see a ghoul in the row.
-Start planting at the far end (left) and avoid planting things at the right if possible.
-Use emergency plants (the vines and the stones, also pumpkins later) only when you are in your 'where is my OMG button?!' stage of things.
-Plant sun generators when you have extra sun and no lane empty of attack plants.
Madoran (Horde-US): Eclectic, Tauren Guardian Druid.
Fenris (Horde-US) 'Main': Miach, Undead Holy/Shadow Priest.

Thanks all I think this is gonna be my project this weekend. Especially since Pebble's quest isn't popping.

ROFL Tahs - Yeah renting the wife out is a really bad idea. Might get you a place on the couch for a LONG time!

I didn't know about this quest until yesterday when I read this post. I wish I still didn't know :)

I tried it last night, got through the first one or two quests (lost count after failing so many times) and all of a sudden realized I had spent 90 minutes on this unsuccessfully. :(

I am going to watch the video tonight before attempting it again so hopefully my frustration factor goes down...

Two rows of sunflowers really is the key. Get them up asap, and you shouldn't have any problems.
