Is there any way to tell which grand commendations you've already learned?

As far as I know, the only way is to do a daily. The extra rep will be shown in the chat window.

Achievements -> World Events -> Argent Tournament
There are achievements called Exalted Champion of Stormwind/Gnomereagan/Darnassus/Ironforge/Exodar - and the horde side cities as well
- required - exalted with fraction + champion of fraction at AT

Those are not account wide, so getting all on ally side gets you nothing on horde side

My way for Panda commendations was to buy all of them at one flight - spared me the problem of wondering wich do I have and which don't
