In my oppinion the Infinite Whelpling should be P/P which is a breed 4 and it basically means that it will have 341 attack at lvl 25 as a rare. You will almost never have the fastest pet when you use an Infinite Whelpling even with the fastest breed 8 or P/S as the addon lists it. In addition to that, stacking attack on this little guy makes sence due to the fact that Tail Sweep hits for more if you attack last, combine that with the P/P breed and you will be hitting for almost 500 on non Magic types.
