What to use Flawless Stone on?

I have a Flayer Youngling (S/B), Emerald Proto (P/P), and Minfernal (P/P). Which one should I use it on? I dont feel like farming their crap spawn zones.

If you're likely to keep obtaining stones, then I'd wait on the Minfernal. You're not likely to ever get a rare one without using a stone, but he's not great for battles and you'll get a magic-family stone eventually.

The Emerald Proto P/P is a powerhouse, especially for tamers. The spawns are not actually that infrequent, but they're heavily camped since it's shiny and new. I got impatient and used a stone on mine, and am happy that I did.

If you go with the Flayer, I'd try to find a breed 5 first (S/S). There's 10 breeds so it's tough to get a rare of the breed you want, and the S/S is really head and shoulders better than the others for tamers and pvp.

The reason I'm considering the Minfernal is because I needed another Exploder that's not mechanical. I'm currently leaning towards the Proto.

I agree with Poofah, I upgraded my Whelp since it's farmed to extinction on both my servers, and it's a powerhouse.

The Flayer isn't a bad choice either, mine's currently level 20, it's not a utility pet like the Wolvar or some other Humanoid pets, but it's takes dragons apart and is good for the tamer dailies.

I would skip the Minfernal for now and wait for a class specific stone. While not an exploder, the Oily Slimeling seems fairly easy to farm a rare of, and can really burn through pets.

I used it on the Whelp. What's his best moveset strat?

He's pretty versatile, you can be a Spawn of Onyxia with Ancient Blessing/Proto-Strike, but I prefer Emerald Presence/Emerald Dream, with 341 power this makes him nearly unkillable and he can churn through many tamers by himself -- just make sure to Emerald Dream earlier rather than later, since his health is a bit low and it heals weakly at first.

Loving the Emerald Proto. At 22 he took on the Pandaren Air Spirit and won after about 10 mintues with that moveset.

I just caught an (S/B) Flayer, and it came with a humanoid stone. Should I keep waiting out an (S/S) or is that breed good enough?

Which one should get a stone first, second and last?

Jade Owl would be my first due to being an ultimate Aquatic counter (very defensive vs Aquatic attacks and very offensive vs aquatic pets). The other two are a toss-up for me. If you want a Mini Tyrael clone ability-wise, go with Peddlefeet. Otherwise, go with TMY.
