Blizzard store pets $5!

So which ones are must-have for pet battles? I don't have Lil XT, Lil Ragnaros, Moonkin Hatchling or Cenarion Hatchling. (I don't have Soul of the Aspects, but I pretty much ruled that one out.) I can probably get 2 of the 4, so any feedback would be helpful. I really love the moonkin hatchling model.
