I've bought all my pets from Ebay (unscrached cards, no codes), there were never any problems. Just look for the normal safety criteria.

Just remember if its too good to be true it usually is. I buy mine off ebay. I usually go w/ experienced sellers w/ feedback of at least 99% positive ( though there are exceptions ) always be sure to review their feedback .On the cheaper pet cards, I will be a bit more flexible, but on high end pet/mount cards I'm very picky because they are expensive. As a rule, I don't do international purchases because the red tape is hell if you get ripped off, but that being said, I just made my 1st international purchase and it went well. Even the cheap tcg pet cards can make you some decent in-game gold if they are cagable or trade for other needed pets. So far, all my xp has been very good.
