Quick suggestion because I don't think this would take very long to sort out.

Example URL: www.warcraftpets.com/collection/[AccountName]/duplicates/

This url would provide a view of the account names pets filtered by "Collection (Duplicates) and "IsTradeable".
This way we could browse other peoples duplicate pets very easily and see what they may have available for trade!

An interesting idea. Are other people interested in this sort of thing? If this looks like something you'd use, please add your thoughts and any additional ideas.

I love that idea. It would definitly make figureing out what others have for trade a lot easier for all of us.

Yes, especially if it's searchable and you're looking for a rare that time/farming (and AH) just hasn't allowed you to pick up previously.

I like that idea, but rather then showing duplicates, wouldn't letting people make a list of pets for trading be better, since thats what it would be used for? Kind of like how we have a collected and wanted part of our collection, pet traders could have a section for wanted and trading? A search function would let you find people who are offering a pet you're looking for, plus things they might be interested in. If you keep the same setup as the current collection, you could even set a specific breed/lvl (or leave it blank, incase you don't care and just want any).

I'm not really sure it would be that useful. Personally, most of my extra pets are listed on an AH someplace as I'm trying to sell them and not as duplicates I've learned so my actual trade list would be much smaller than my list of tradable duplicates I have learned at the moment.

I'm not sure that being able to manually make a list of pets like the wanted/excluded lists would be very handy. It seems like it would take more work to maintain as I'd have to search for the pets and mark them some how rather than just putting the name in a post. I guess it would allow someone to search to see everyone who says they have Pet XYZ for trade but that's only useful if the information is actually accurate.

I'm not sure on the pet cap you can learn, I personally dont like to hold onto duplicate pets on my main account.
