A bug with exclusions management?

Somehow since the last update, it seems that I can't manage exclusions the usual way. Pages of pets from both my 'Wanted' and 'Excluded' lists now show them with 'Want it' selected, and pressing 'Exclude it' does not do anything!
The only option now to remove a pet from exclusions is by using 'Manage Exclusions' in collection's view, and not on separate pet's pages like it was earlier.
Maybe it is a bug?
