Is it possible to make private messages accessible through the website in account management? As far as I can tell, I can only do it via email link.

You can also do a PM by looking up the user by username/character on this page (the 'Collectors by Realm' page) and clicking the envelope to the right of the user's listing.

In addition, that clickable envelope also shows next to the user's comments posted throughout our site.

But is there a way to retrieve messages sent to you through the website without going through your email?

No, these messages have to be retrieved via email.

I don't expect that we'll be changing that functionality due to the overhead involved. We've already got a fairly large to-do list -- one that's continuously growing. So we'd like to remain focused on adding new utility and features to the site.
