Updates in armory not showing all pets?

This is strange, curious if anyone else saw it or if I should chalk it up to more 6.02 bugginess. I have a lvl 16 bronze whelpling and it was in my armory yesterday (it's still in my pet list right now) but when I updated on this site after doing my dailies and logging the whelpling is shown as not collected and my count went down on here. No clue why, it's not in armory now either but as I'm playing it's still part of my pet inventory. Anyone else having this problem?
